The brand Colive visited FHMCT to organize campus placement on 14.01.20. The property was looking for Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, Resident Property Manager, Area Property Manager.
Interview rounds included Presentation followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Interview panel included Panel members- Mr Vickram Sadanandan, Mr Reddy, Mr Vaibhav, Mr Arnab.
The shortlisted candidate would be meeting the founder and also will be appearing their final interview on 18th of January.
“Placement -Lemon Tree”
The recruitment team from Lemon Tree Hotels Limited visited FHMCT to organize campus placement on 08.01.20. The property was recruiting management trainee in all core departments.
Interview rounds included a presentation followed by group discussion and personal interview.
The interview panel included Mr. Bipendra Gupta-General Manager, Chef Karthik ( Executive Chef) and Mr-Vijeth Poojari HR Manager.
“Placement -Dusters Solutions”
Delegates from Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt Ltd Bengaluru visited FHMCT to organize campus placement on 21st November, 2019. The Facility Management company was looking for hiring fresher as Junior Management Trainees
Interview rounds included Presentation followed by writtend and Personal Interview.
Interview panel included Mr. Abzal Talent Acquisition Manager, Mr Imran-Human Resource Executive.

Delegates from Veera International UK visited FHMCT to organize give a presentation to the final year students about the various international placement opportunities on 7th November, 2019.
Ms Tisha- VP Operations and Mr Abbas – Mnager Business Development presented various international opportunities for USA and Australia.
Discussion regarding the international job fair to be help in January was done with the placement team.

The Orange County- Now Evolve Back chain visited FHMCT for recruiting Freshers for the Management Training Program on 21st October 2019.

‘Placement – Taj Hotels’
Ms. Swetlina Mishra, Talent Acquisition Manager, Bangalore, Mr. Murthy HMV, Director of HR & Ms. Ayesha Parvez, Talent Acquisition were present for the campus selection. The final year students appeared for Taj Hotels Recruitment Drive (Management Training) on 16th October 2019.
The students were quite enthusiastic for the mentioned program.

‘International Placement Presentation – American Skill and Personality Development company’
An international internship seminar was conducted by Mr. Vikas Nagrare representing American Skill and Personality Development company on 18th October 2019. They visited FHMCT for placing final year students for 1- 2 years Job internship in Europe and North America.

Campus Recruitment for CureFit-MT Program

The purpose of their visit was recruitment of the final year BHM students for the position of Department Manager In Training (DMIT). 09 students appeared for the interview
The placement team is delighted to inform you that our students have cleared the initial interview round and have been selected for the 1-2 months cloud kitchen course organised by the company at our faculty.
After the successful course completion and the final interview process by Dec 2019 or Jan 2020, they will share the “Management Trainee” offer.
The purpose of their visit was recruitment of the final year BHM students for the position of Department Manager in Training (DMIT). 40 students appeared for the interview

Senior officials from the Food Tech Company “Hunger Box” visited the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology on 18th September 2019. The purpose of their visit was to initiate a dialogue on the possibility of placement of the BHM students for the post of Site Managers at their properties. The objectives of the meeting were met. They have agreed to conduct a campus interview for the final year students of BHM (FHMCT) on the 10th of October 2019.

As a part of the recruitment process, the above-mentioned panel members from Oberoi group visited the FHMCT campus with the intention of hiring future management trainees for their properties around the globe. The process was categorised into 2 rounds. The final year students of BHM (2016 Batch) went through the group introduction round and the personal interview round between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm on 10th September 2019. We are immensely proud of the 15 students who were selected for the final General Manager round to be conducted at a later date at their esteemed property in Bangalore.
