Brief Profile With a robust experience spanning over 19 years in Hotel Industry and Academia, Sheeba Samuel has carved a niche for herself in the field of Teaching and Learning. Having specialized in the area of Front Office, she has also excelled in the fields of Revenue Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Computers in Hospitality Services teaching. She has numerous years of experience as the departmental Placement and Training Facilitator. She was also the BOE member for Hotel Management under Bangalore University and has been a paper setter, reviewer, and valuer for many years. She was a syllabus review committee member for Hotel Management at Bangalore University. She was also the BOS member for Hotel Management at Garden City University. She was heading the conduct of the Practical Examination for UG and PG courses at Garden City University. She was also the NAAC Criteria 5 Head and prepared the documentation single-handedly. She has also put in her expertise to develop online content in the field of Hotel Front Office. She has presented and published numerous papers both at International and National Conferences. With the thrive to always learn, she hopes to excel in her current role of delivering to her pupils.
