World On A Plate is India’s largest Gourmet Festival, which is scheduled on the 1st & 2nd June, 2019 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
This year the event is being headlined by the legendary Chef Marco Pierre White.
World on a Plate gives Indian Chefs and restaurants an opportunity to showcase their signature dishes in a pop up format and also compete for the ‘ restaurant of the year award.’ The festival is an amalgamation of various elements that contribute towards making it the largest gourmet festival in India and truly a one of a kind culinary experience. There will be Master Classes by Marco Pierre White and other world-renowned chefs, finest of the city’s Restaurant & Patisserie pop-ups, Live Judging for the most awaited award “WOAP Restaurant of the Year”, Tete-A-Tete, a conversational session with the celebrity chef, Fine Dine Dinner & Brunch Farmers Market and much more.
We, at the FHMCT are very proud to announce that our very own alumnus, Suresh D C, Batch of 2010 , currently employed as the Head Chef, at the restaurant Alchemy at The Chancery Pavillion, is competing at this prestigious event. We wish him best of luck!
