 Basic Training in Computers  - A forty hour programme  has been organised from 1st June 2009.

 

Training Programme on Facilities, Maintenance and Upkeep - A ten day programme has been designed which will train staff  to be multi skilled .  It includes grooming, Spoken English, workplace ethics, office upkeep, basic Food and Beverage Service , ticket booking and cancellation, general information about property, city , Housekeeping Operations, Repair and Maintenance Procedures, use and maintenance of equipment.  

 The first batch commenced on 20th April 2009 and the next batch commences on 11th May 2009.

Staff Development Programme -  MS Ramaiah College of Hotel Management is providing a six month training programme  for the existing staff of Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort, Bangalore. It includes a detailled schedule designed to groom the employees in General and Specific Areas.

Technical Training in the form of Theory and Practical Classes have commenced for the Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Service Staff.

9th February -12th February 2009- Kitchen Training Programme conducted for the Civilian Cooks of the Airforce Mess.

A course on "Creative Salads" was conducted by the faculty of the Food Production Department.  It was attended by some entrepreneurs who are setting up a business of supplying salads as lunches to Corporate Offices.

Training for the Administrative Staff of M. S. Ramaiah Memorial Hospital on Communication, Interpersonal Skills,  Emotional Intelligence Competencies, Time and Stress Management, Telephone Etiquettes and Grooming.

Training of Mess Staff (Air Force Civilian Employees)-

The Food Production and Food and Beverage Faculty of M.S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management conducted a Kitchen Training Programme and Waiters Training Programme from 8th September 2008 to 11th September 2008.

A course on the preparation of pastas, sandwiches and burgers was conducted by the faculty of the Food Production Department.  It was attended by individuals who cater  Corporate Offices.
