For the year 2008 - Keertana Ganesh Moolya of the First Year and Brinda Vinod Kumar of the Second Year represented the College at Vatel, in Nimes this year. They gained exposure in Restaurant Provencal and Resaurant Palmier , their respective kitchens, Housekeeping and The Pattisserie.
The photo was taken while they were training at Restuarant Provencale, a French speciality restaurant famous for its Breakfast Service and Friday Barbeques.
They were awarded Certificates by the Vatel International Business School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
2 Students of III Semester, M.S.Ramaiah College of Hotel Management were the chosen ones to do a 6 week internship at Vatel, France beginning from 1st of August 2007 from a candidate base of over 2000 students from hospitality management colleges all over India. After a successful Internship they have returned to share their learning with their fellow classmates.
