Mrs. Rao, a well known doyen in the Industry has worked in several positions diversified in training and operations. Has a diploma in Hotel Management and a one year post diploma in Hospitality Management from IHM, Mumbai. She started her career as a Management Trainee in Hotel Sands , Mumbai in 1984.
