 Mrs. Neena Joshi -   PROFESSOR -           Head Academics
 A graduate of  Karnatak University, has a Masters in Tourism Management in addition to a   Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Institute of Hotel Management ,  Mumbai. Has over 9 years experience as a Chef with leading hotels such as the Taj Group, the  Oberoi and Holiday Inn . Has been involved with training programmes in the hospitality industry and examination work with Bangalore University, Karnataka University and Mangalore University.
 




 
 
 
Mrs. Nagarekha C Palli -        ASST. PROFESSOR

Graduate in Hotel Management from Bangalore University. Has worked as Chef in various five star hotels such as Central Park, Bangalore. Has more than 7 years of industrial and teaching experience. Is involved in Bangalore University Examination work - syllabus formulation and paper setting.

 





  Mr. P.Muthupandy -          SENIOR LECTURER

Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from Madras Catering College. Worked as Executive Chef in Ashok Group of Hotels. Interested in culinary research. Has more than 30 years of industrial experience.

 


 

Mr.Shashi Sharma-             LECTURER

Degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University and certificate in Food and Nutrition. Worked with Taj group of hotels (Bangalore) and Comfort Inn (Ramanashree). Consultant for restaurants and canteens in Bangalore. Has more than 9 years of industrial and teaching experience. Is involved in Bangalore University Examination work - syllabus formulation and paper setting.






 


  Mrs. C. Vaijayanthi Reddy - Lecturer

She has done her Masters Degree in Food Science and Nutrition. She is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. She is a recepient of JRF. She has qualified National Eligibility Test for Lecturership. 

She has worked in Research Projects for 2 years. She has professional experience as a dieticien for 3 years after which she has exposure to teaching the BHM students for over 4 years.  Her specialization subjects include Food Production, Food Science and Nutrition and Hygiene & Sanitation. 

 She has published a book titled "Sports Nutrition - Scientific Facts". She is a course writer of "Food Safety and Nutrion" for "Sikkim Manipal University, Distance Education Programme.


   Mr. Shyam Prasad - Senior Lecturer.  He has a degree of Hotel Management from Mangalore University and has a Masters in Business Administration ( Human Resources).  He has 11 years of Industry Experience and 4 years of Teaching Experience.
