"The Budding Tastebuds - The Department of Culinary Arts is organising a 7 day workshop which covers Indian, Continental, Chinese and Bakery Delicacies. Also includes menu planning, table setting, dining etiquette , food presentation and the nutritional aspects of menus.
The first batch commenced on 6th April 2009.
The second batch commenced on 20th April 2009.
The Budding Tastebuds conducted a demonstration on Salads and Salad Dressings at RMV Club on 11th April 2009.
Club Bacchus - The Department of Food and Beverage Service is organising a month - long Summer Programme on Flair Bartending and Mixology.
The Literatti Club of the college organized a 10 day summer camp COOL SUITE SUMMER 2009 for kids ranging from 8 to 15 years of age .
An all inclusive programme that offered a variety of activities that involved and put to good use the multi-talented expertise of the staff and the excellent facilities at the college . Highlights of the camp were - the no fire cooking ,the dining etiquette and mocktail making sessions, the theatre activities and team games and the trip to the 'Farm weekends' . The camp received rave reviews from 35 of the participants . Every day , the kids just asked for ‘more …’
