The college has a built up area of 26000 Sq .Ft. housing various facilities. The High Power Committee appointed by Bangalore University to look in the operations of all the colleges has rated M.S.Ramaiah College of Hotel Management as No 1 in terms of infrastructure, facilities and teaching methodology.

New Facility

The new building of M. S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management is under construction and has been designed to create an exceptional teaching environment. It offers exceptional state of the art rooms to facilitate theory and practice sessions. Besides 6 classrooms, 6 tutorial rooms and a high end auditorium the building houses a centrally located, most well equipped Computer Room and internet access in the entire building. The modern library and a spacious reading room promise a good deal of comfortable reading and joy in the leisure hours.

Holding pride of place, however, are 5 Kitchens, a Bakery and Confectionery and 2 plush sophisticated Restaurants. Other equally meritorious facilities are the Live Restaurant, the Staff Dining Room, the 2 Housekeeping Labs, the Laundry, the 3 Training Rooms and the Front Office Lab with an attached Lounge. In addition to these, the Seminar Hall with the adjacent halls for Campus Recruitment are surely praiseworthy.
