Here the students learn the techniques of Food and Beverage Service - Training Restaurant and Bar I & II. Various styles of service such as Silver service, American service, Buffet service, Gueridon service etc are practiced. In addition, art and skills involved in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are taught.
